				Professional, clean, polite, trustworthy. Leak was not repaired the first time ( trainee learning experience ). Called to report the leak. Within the hour they were back and corrected the problem. No more leak.

				Tom and Keith are professional guys. They came in time and did a thorough examination to the sink and valve. Finally they got a conclusion that there was no leak. The water stains should be caused by escaping water from shower surround. Will call you guys in the future if there is a real leak!

				There was some misunderstanding of the plumbing job performed on our house. We called to ask for further explanations. The owner called back within 10 mins, and explained the situation and resolved the matter to our satisfaction. Great plumbing work and customer care. Thanks.

				Our 1955 house had a slow leak coming from an original pipe in the basement. Chase came within a few days and quickly replaced the entire section of crumbling pipe with minimal damage to the ceiling. They had to open a hole around the pipe and tried to keep it contained (I'm grateful!). They got the job done in just over 2 hours and left the space clean and tidy. Will absolutely call them again for plumbing needs (urgent or not).

				Kurt was a great guy, I told him I was worried about having to hire another person to repair the ceiling after he replaced the spigots, he assured me that they will only be 8" by 8" and he cut them neatly. I think I can easily cover them with something.

				Chase was been amazing both for general repairs and for 2 complete bathroom remodels. They are fair, transparent on cost and do immaculate work. There were several custom features in the bathrooms that they were great in helping us realize. They helped us with the most up to date technologies with experience and expertise.

				Excellent experience with Chase Plumbing replacing our gas fired hot water heater. Was able to get the estimate easily by speaking with Joanne and sending a few photos. Work was done in less than a week (not an emergency) and the plumber was on time (actually early) and did a very professional and neat job. Very pleased and will use Chase Plumbing again. Highly recommended.
